If you have a house with a front yard, while it is your property, it may also be considered a public place since you may be in plain view of anyone walking or driving by. Then there's also the reason or manner in which you OC in view of others and the type of neighborhood you live in. Are you going to freak out the sheeple? Have you had an argument with any neighbor?
