All of those things count as a school activity, especially during school hours as far as the students just walking around goes. In elementary schools that would be recess. Band rehearsal would also count. There isn't really a list, so it's more of a common sense kind of thing. Also, since there is no case law on this and a CHL holder is, what, something like 14x more law abiding than the general public and 3x more law abiding than LEOs, we are either a very smart bunch or tend to err on the cautious side. I'm sure that a football game would be a school sponsored activity, but what about a foot ball practice, a bake sale, or just students walking around? After all, the school does sponsor (sort of) students just walking around on the grounds...
