FYI, Thank you for using the Regulatory Services Division’s website. Texas CHL holders do have a 12 month grace period after a license expires to renew it so you have some time to work with. Moving to Kentucky, unfortunately
Unfortunately, I will be moving to Kentucky. I have a Texas CHL but because I will become a resident of Kentucky for a couple of years, how long will my Texas CHL be valid before I will have to apply for a Kentucky CCDW license? Any suggestions?
