I have this one, and it is a great insight into the physical and psychological effects of any extremely high-stress situation. Grossman's qualifications on the subject are pretty unique in that he has the real-life experience to draw on plus the "book learnin'" to understand it.On Combat: looks at what happens to the human body under the stresses of deadly battle & the impact on the nervous system, heart, breathing, visual etc....
These are must reads for L.E. personnel as well as C.H.L. holders and anyone else who wears a weapon!
