If your situational awareness is that bad, you'll still be asking what the loud noises were when the cops are finishing up the investigation.

They have 39 other people to deal with, and they can't watch everybody at once. In many restaurants, they won't even be able to have line-of-sight on everyone at once.

If you keep trying to talk yourself out of doing anything, the first indication you're going to have that it has gotten to that point is when an innocent victim gets shot.

Irrelevant; they're committing aggravated robbery, and deadly force is justified to stop that.

It's interesting how many people in here consider a hunter mishandling his deer rifle at the gunstore a threat to life and limb, but want to wait and see when a violent criminal is intentionally pointing a gun at someone and threatening them.
