Re: Good News Heard Today
I drove by the supposedly new Frisco Gun Range location which is actually on the corner of John W. Elliott and All Stars and not off of Eldorado as originally thought. The ground hasn't been moved yet. Still scheduled to open around 4th quarter 2012. I live about 1 mile away, can't wait. The prices ...

Re: Good News Heard Today
The location of the new Frisco indoor range is next door to Home Depot on Eldorado between First St and Research Road (Thank you for the link waynegs). All we need now is a Skeet/Trap/Sporting Clays range that actually supports Registered targets. NSSA/NSCA/ATA.

Re: Shooting Range Newbie needs a bit of advice - Frisco Are
I signed up for the Frisco Citizens Police Academy awhile back and I got to shoot with the Frisco PD. I heard a conversation about the possiblilty of a gun range coming to the Frisco area. Does anyone have more information on this? That would be a dream come true.

Re: Texas REALTORS and CHL
Hey skeet, let me know how carrying that .45 works for you. I've downgraded to either a Ruger LCP or S&W .38 for most "on the job" CHL because I just can't find a comfortable way to carry anything larger while looking "professional" in my dress. I'm contemplating a Walther P...

Re: Texas REALTORS and CHL
With a good tuckable IWB on a quality gunbelt, weight should never be an issue. I can put a Gov't Model under a dress shirt, and only those who know exactly what they're looking for will ever have any idea. I kinda feel the same way about the area and whether or not to carry. However, I am getting ...

Re: Texas REALTORS and CHL
I will be carrying a Colt Defender 45. If I find this to be to heavy for the summer, then I'll carry my Taurus Millenium PT111, 9MM. Again thanks for all the responses and keep them coming. I would like to know what your clients have said if they found out you are carrying? Do you loose them as cli...

Re: Texas REALTORS and CHL
WOW! I never expected such great responses from everyone. Thank you so much. Sorry about the delay in responding. It has been a crazy week. It's interesting, when I think about all the times I have met complete strangers in vacant homes. Anything can happen. I have even met clients at night opening ...

Texas REALTORS and CHL
Hi to All,
I'm a Realtor in the North Texas area and wanted to know if any Realtors carry while showing property? Your experiences? Do and Don'ts?

Re: March 2009 Applications
I called DPS today just to see were my application status was. They are still doing a background check. Most likely because I had a previous address located in Florida. So there is some extra time involved here. :yawn 02/28/09 -- CHL Class Taken 03/04/09 -- Packet mailed to DPS 03/10/09 -- Received ...
