And put up two items:

1. an EOTech replacement thumb screw from Yankee Hill Machine part #YHM-9553. Bought this for my 516, but apparently it is meant as a replacement for for the allen screws used on other models like 512 etc.

2. A LEFT-HANDED Safariland 328-39-62 black leather pancake holster for a Smith & Wesson Sigma. I grabbed this dirt cheap off a clearance rack thinking it was for an M&P (didn't look closely at the details) and that I might use it as a "just in case" lefty holster if I end up needing carpal tunnel surgery at some point on my right wrist. Anyway, obviously the M&P doesn't fit. Did try to squeeze my Glock in there and it almost fit but the retention strap wouldn't close. If you worked on the trigger guard area of the holster a bit I think you could likely squeeze a Glock into it. Or possibly a Ruger SR9? Taurus? Anyway, it's up for grabs.
Does anyone know lawrnk? I have never heard back from him on this claim and sent him two PMs with no response (he apparently doens't have have his membership status set to receive emails from other members).

Planning to shoot some IDPA revolver soon and was hoping to use some of this gear for that.

Re: Pay It Forward.

OK, I'm going to claim mrvmax's NRA knife.

In exchange, I'm putting up this composite forearm for a 20-gauge Mossberg pump shotgun (I'm assuming a 500c?) I tried to fit this on my 12-gauge Mossberg 500a and the diameter of the opening is not wide enough to fit the slide-action arm assembly. It's definitely too big for a .410, so assuming it's for a 20-gauge (though I don't have one try it out on). If you're local to Austin area, I'm willing to meet FTF and let you see if it fits your shotgun.

Here are pics:

Re: Pay It Forward.

If possible, i'd like to claim mrvmax's NRA knife contingent on seeing photos. If it looks like a knife I can use, then I will offer up a forearm for a 20-gauge Mossburg pump shotgun.

Powers that be, let me know if such an arrangement is against the rules or spirit of the rules.

Thanks

Re: Pay It Forward.

I'm a cheapskate. I recycle old boxes to use for mailing things. And I use the automated postal machines (or better yet, if someone is paying via Pay Pal can weigh the package on my handy-dandy $10 kitchen scale and print postage via Pay Pal right from my computer). So an actual PO is my only choice because the little mailboxes retail stores will not accept such packages most of the time, unless it meets their criteria - for instance the closest such place to me will ONLY send parcels via the more expensive forms of shipment, overnight, 2 day, priority. with almost anything shipped within Texas, basic inexpensive first-class mail gets there as fast or faster than priority usually for half the price. But the local mail box stores don't accept first-class shipments usually (no margin in it for them).

By the way, if anyone here gets popped for illegal carry at a USPS for dropping off one of these care packages we will all "pay it forward" to bail our fellow forum member out of the pokey, right?

Re: Pay It Forward.

OK I'm finally ready to join in on the fun. I'll take the WRB shoulder holster from rm9792 (please let me know if you feel this will NOT fit a full-size or mid-size Glock for any reason).

In return, I offer up a Hoffner's brown leather magazine holster for a standard Glock mag (9mm/.40/.357). Open top design, with a leather loop and button snap to affix around your belt. Here's a photo:
