My theory is...If you want it sooner, you should have applied sooner.

I know that sounds mean and that's not my intention.
I'm just saying that there is an expected wait time and we should understand that there is a process.

I know how difficult it can be to wait. My CHL (as well as many others at the time) took over three months to process and I probably would've paid a little more to have that knocked down. However, when all is said and done, and you have that little piece of plastic in your hand, all your waiting worries melt away.

From what I've seen lately I think DPS is doing a good job with CHL processing.
