I haven't gone back to look through the many pages of this thread, but I'll bet thatthankGod wrote: It really seems as processing times are much shorter than when this thread started.
the current processing is the shortest it's ever been...20ish days right now.

Its hard to say . Usually when your license comes back from the printers and is inspected and signed off , then your on-line status will
change to "complete" which means its in the mail and on its way to you.
