after a day if digesting the news reports and all that goes with it. The teacher(intended target) ran away from the scene once he figured out he was the target.
i assume he wanted the shooter to follow him, so instead the shooter critically shot a fellow student. Its just my opinion, but so much for protecting the kids from harm.
The leo's called him a hero for running away, to me he was just saving his own skin, does anyone wonder what else the teacher did to make this nut go off the deep end?
I say this because of the people i have run into in that neck of the woods, they are off the chart liberal and care only for themselves, with everyone else "owing" them for simply being on the planet.
its a tragedy the student was critically wounded, its not however the case for nut that took his own life, he took the easy path.

Re: Just great! Another darned school shooting.
that area of colorado is knee deep in the non spankers, no GOD, pot smokers, please give me free stuff.Running Arrow Bill wrote:A lot of school districts are idiots! Blame cities, school administration, school boards, etc. 20-20 hindsight says once parents were "criminals" for saying "NO" to their rug rats and not allowed to spank, it all started going downhill.
We need to remove the idiot "gun free zone" and start training & arming teachers and selected key personnel along with higher security (doors, video cameras, access by others only with approved ID, etc.
Several schools have already adopted these precautions, including a number in Texas. You will never identify and prevent psychos (adults and children) from shooting others for recreation. But, you can decrease the probability that a bad guy/girl can access certain places; and, if found, bring down the tough arm of the Law and put them in a cage (or something more permanent). When I was in public school in the 40s and 50s, there was NEVER an act of violence! Kids respected others and if not, just got into a minor fight... and, Principals and Parents never "spared the rod"...
drives me crazy if i have to visit my sister there.
The footage of every LEO in what looked like a 200 mile radius having kids walk out with their arms in the air
then i thought, if this was planned event the criminals could have cleaned out every bank around.
top off the nut in wichita with a car bomb......
