Finally got my PIN. It took one week short of two months. I found the answer to my own question: chl@txdps.state.tx.us This is useful information! What email address did you send the request to. I think I need to do the same thing? Sent an e-mail on Friday asking when my PIN would be mailed to me. Got an e-mail back today giving my PIN #. Still have not go...

I would too ... the criteria are clear. Be precise, accurate and complete then no problem ... leaving things out will only raise questions.
