Chase refused to accept my CHL when I was asked for a second form of ID (and I was already an account holder), but they were perfectly happy to accept a VISA with no photo :confused5

Wells Fargo, on the other hand, was happy to take TX DL & CHL as my two forms of ID when I fired Chase and switched my accounts to W.F. :thumbs2:

Jerry Patterson mentioned @ the TSRA annual mtg last month that there is a bill in Austin to *require* banks to accept a CHL as a valid form of ID. Don't know where it stands...
