You said that neither the original doctor nor the therapist are practicing any longer. Did you tried to contact them or were you told they no longer practiced? If you just were told, you might try to contact them anyhow. They might have the records of your treatment or should know who has them.PwnRanger wrote:Thanks for the replies.
