I wish it had happened to me. My CHL pic is horrible. Afer asking me to remove my glasses for the pic, my CHL instructor asked me to stop squinting. I proceded to open my eyes wide open, kind of streaching my eyes, when he took the pic catching me by surprise. He would not re-take the pic, even if I offered to pay for the re-take. I look like this
