I agree that they didn't need his vote, but I would like to know if a Rep. passes away and his spot isn't filled yet, is there a proxy vote cast on his behalf? If it turns out that the answer is no, why was a vote counted? This makes me think there are more shenanigans going on in this vote than meets the eye!casingpoint wrote:Good question.
