:iagree: EXACTLY!!! Doesn't sound like an Accounting Firm that I want ot have anything to do with. Payroll is pretty consistant. That means that is can be reasonably predicted, allowing a company to be prepared for it...

Banking transfers happen at the speed of light...electrons. Done by the billions every day. And the figures that you mention would put your firm on a first name with someone that could and would do that for you.
