We can go drive curvy backroads out FM3090 and SH 30. Maybe go out to eat somewhere. And maybe go shoot somewhere too. Idunno. Throwing it out there.

Re: Any sports car people?
Just a little bit of a car nut. My whole family is, actually.
I have my baby, my 1974 Chevy Nova. (thus my user name).
Back in its glory days:
Then this happened:
So I started a rebuild. Stripped it down, pulled the motor, sandblasted/repainted the subframe, new suspension, new brakes, new bushings, etc.
Went from this:
To this:
Then I ran out of money.
Some of our other family projects:
My sisters 1953 Chevy pickup. It'll be sitting on an 80s S-10 frame (so modern suspension, 4 wheel disk brakes, etc) with an LS1/T-56 6 Speed to power it.
My dad has a 1950 Plymouth that he's never gotten around to fixing (probably mine and my sisters fault with our projects)
If I ever get the Nova done, this is my next project, a 1984 Pontiac Fiero. Midengine, RWD....could be a fun sleeper.
My granddad picked up this beauty a few years ago....1942 Studebaker. Original everything except interior (rats got to it). Still a 6 volt, positive ground car. I took it to prom my Junior year.
And the daily driver, a 98 Pontiac Grand Prix. 240 hp supercharged V6, so its not bad for a 4 door daily. Its the first car I've ever owned with power anything, and thats nice too.
So in short, I'd say yeah, I guess I'm a car guy.
