Yeah, one thing I have been practicing at the range recently as part of my plan is "point-shooting" - quickly pointing, aiming and shooting in one smooth motion. I'm trying it with eyes on target and eyes on sights. I presume that if I am ever in a situation like this, I will have to shoot extremely fast, especially if I first give any kind of verbal warning. I can only hope and pray that "if" I ever found myself in a life and death situation that I will know what I need to do and not to hesitate. Carry out my plan enthusiastically and forcefully... the one that acts first, usually wins.
