pretty common. in most cases its not a statement against CHL, its to cover the company and for insurance purposes.

I work in a very pro gun environment, in fact we take company hunting trips, if someone buys a new gun, they bring it to the office to show it off, etc etc. But our employee handbook states no-firearms at work.
