IANAL, but I would tend to disagree that the law is meant to prevent you from carrying in your own home and enjoying adult beverages. 99.9% of the time I am carrying openly in my own home, so I wouldn't not even be carrying under the authority of my CHL.
I can't speak for WB, but I was commenting on the second sentence which seemed to be more big picture related than the first sentence.
I don't care what you do in your home as long as it stays in your home and doesn't result in the injury or abuse of an innocent person.
The first sentence was too absurd to respond to.

Actually no one can answer that question with any reliability because there are too many factors involved as to what impact that beer or two will have on each individual and how an officer is going to react. Much safer bet to drink tea.
