Note to self... Don't hang out with Tropical1!

Man, are you unlucky. In the almost three years I've had a CHL, I've never come this close. Once in my life I came across a mentally confused individual in the middle of the interstate (literally standing in the middle of the road). Like an idiot, it looked like he needed help so I stopped. My wife liked to kill me and I sure regretted the stop. I sure would have felt better to have a sidearm in case things got ugly (they did not get threatening, just weird).
