I would prefer the OPTION of open carry just so I could relax about the accidental flashing of my gun for an unitetional raising of the shirt. I would likely rarely truly OPEN carry though.

I too have yet to run into a 30.06 sign in my normal travels. Did hit one at the Georgetown Hospital when we had to take the kiddo to the ER while visiting family though. But I anticipated that.
