Re: November '08 Applications

Morgan wrote: There are 2 methods to apply. The way you did it where you used a pen and forms and sent them all to the state after the class, OR you can apply online to the state. If one applies online, the state sends you some "stuff" in the mail. Then after your class, you take some of the stuff you got in class and some of the stuff the state sent you, and send it all back to them.

SO I doubt you're missing anything.
Ahh i see, thanks for clearing that up.

Re: November '08 Applications

I see in a lot of your signatures that your applied online and received a packet. The day I took the class i mailed the paperwork that was given to me in the class. Is there something else i am missing? I have already received my plastic so i am assuming all is ok.

:clapping: :hurry: :woohoo :thumbs2: :patriot: :cheers2: :tiphat: :anamatedbanana :thewave

PLASTIC IN HAND.......
when i woke up this am i asked the wife what time that mail usually arrives. She said about 1:00 so at about 12:55 i went out and sat on the porch. what seemed like three hours later (it was 1:02) i see the mail guy coming down the street so i walked out and got my mail from him. Today is the first time in history we have received a stack of envelopes about an inch thick. The first three of four were hospital bills and then sbc bill, then more hospital bills... the one from the state would be the last one...
So needless to say i realized that i am now $19,000 further in debt (but we have our first child) and i can now carry my gun... now if i could only remember what my max out of pocket was for my insurance... :banghead:

Re: November '08 Applications

Looks like austin did not forget about us.
i checked my status today and got the "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" as well. :thumbs2:

Now how much longer? I mailed it on November 8th and it seems like that was months ago...lol... My step father mailed his a week after i did and he called me friday to tell me that his was completed. i am just glad mine went through, i was starting to wonder if Jasper county Vs. newton Co made that big of a difference.
