With that aside, I sent United SA a similar email about 3 weeks ago and have received no response. To which email address are you planning on sending this email? Perhaps I sent it to the incorrect one.
Security Service Federal Credit Union is a bit more responsive and I had a personal phone call from their Risk Management officer in which he discussed their policy and how there's frankly no way they are going to change it. Luckily for all of you, the signs I've seen have been unenforceable. I, alas, consider the discussion I had with him to be verbal notice. :( Yay for drive throughs.
