I believe there are several changes in store by as early as 2010. And while we're throwing numbers around, I'll interject some "CHL" content to keep this legit......."I love my 1911"! :grin:

In the 9 years I've had my CHL, I have been stopped twice. Neither time did the officer do more than give a cursory glance at my CHL and hand it right back. Both times I received a warning, and both officers were very professional and courteous.

I'm not saying a CHL is a "get out of jail free" card (like in monopoly), but it does seem to ease some of the tension for the officer.

Glad your "stop" turned out well.




P.S. My daughter is currently in school studying to be a "CRNA".
