I'm curious why Gander Mountain, Academy and others can get the WWB 100ct boxes, but Wally World still has mostly bare shelves. They have a bunch of Federal these days, and I don't have a problem with Federal's price or quality...just curious.USA1 wrote:Went into Gander Mountain on 290 @ fm 1960 in the Houston area to gander , and the ammo shelves are completely
stocked (except .380). There was even a nice selection of SD ammo. I didn't make note of all the prices , but
WWB 100 round .45 was $41.00 and plenty of it.

Re: ammo on sale
Big cache of Federal .40S&W FMJ (50ct boxes) at WallyWorld in Spring on Rayford/Sawdust, just west of I-45. There were 40 boxes on the shelf!!!
No .45's or .380's, and 2 boxes of Federal 9mm. Sorry for the picture quality, but there was a bad glare on the glass.

Re: ammo on sale
The Wal-Mart in Spring @ Kuykendahl and FM2920 has Federal .40S&W FMJ 50ct. boxes overflowing into the space of the other non-existent calibers. They have had at least 15-20 boxes just about every day for the last three weeks. I have gladly helped reduce their overstock situation (14 boxes), but the keep reproducing.
Two boxes are roughly the same price as the 100ct WWB. They had about eight 50ct. boxes of the Federal 9mm yesterday, but I doubt they are still there today.
