I know what you're saying, but 30.06 didn't exist in the 1995 version. Apparently you are correct about the old signs. Grapevine Mills and Katy Mills malls have been discussed many times. Please use the search function.
The issue has always been that the otherwise compliant signs are posted on the side walls inside the mall entrances.
Thus they are not obvious. But I don't recall anyone stating that the signs were not compliant in content and size.
Mills Corp recently sold these properties. If they have changed out compliant 30.06 signs for non-compliant ones, it could reflect a change in corporate policy. But that's just wishful thinking.
