This is what I understood from my CHL instructor. If you accidentally flash - he used the example of the wind flipping up the tail of his shirt while he was outside with a group on the firing line - it's just that: an accident. YOu have made an honest attempt to cover & conceal, and something beyond your control exposed his weapon which he immediately rectified.As far as i know there is no printing law!As far as accidental showings in public no harm unless you cause an uproar and stampede out the door causing injuries!
At a LGS, one of the sales clerks walks around with his 1911 commander tucked in an underarm shoulder rig which he wears under a vest. While it is covered by the vest, if he moves that arm even a fraction, the Commander sees daylight. It sees a lot of daylight, too, in the course of a day.
If my understanding is incorrect, if there is a printing law, I need to be corrected - please. But no rush...I'm Week One into what will likely be a 3-5 month wait.
