Supreme court will get involved, 2ndA will be upheld. restrictions are unreasonable. DUI is a more threat and no one is banning consumption of Alcohol. Worse, Pot is being legalized and more stoned drivers would be on the road.
We should fight for our 2ndA with our dollars and our vote.

Re: Well Here We Go
I am now fed up with this UK defector and social saboteur of US culture, Morgan Stanley. He is talking gun control for the nth time tonight at 8:00 PM on CNN. I am DVRing this session of his talk show. I wished I could have a chance to call in and express my thoughts.
Murder rates in Lebanon (excluding political assassination and low-intensity militia gunfights):
Lebanon: 2.2 per 100,000K
USA: 4.8 per 100,000k
In Lebanon there is no gun control. Anyone can own one or more full auto rifles he likes, even light medium and full machine guns such as RPKs and PKMs are available if you are interested in owning one. Can anyone explain why the murder rate is less than 1/2 of that in US?!!!
This is Lebanon:

Re: Well Here We Go
DUI/DWI young kids deaths in 2009, 181.
Do you see anyone of those victims having the same coverage as death by deranged man with a gun?In 2009, a total of 1,314 children age 14 and younger were killed in motor vehicle traffic crashes. Of those 1,314 fatalities, 181 (14%) occurred in alcohol-impaired driving crashes. Out of those 181 deaths, 92 (51%) were occupants of a vehicle with a driver who had a BAC level of .08 or higher, and another 27 children (15%) were pedestrians or pedalcyclists struck by drivers with a BAC of .08 or higher.
