Let's break it down a bit further...

The possession of loaded firearms is prohibited.
The possession of ammunition is prohibited.
The possession of loaded projectile firing devices is prohibited.

That pretty much says firearms, empty or loaded, are illlegal. It's also illegal to be in possession of live ammunition. And, what good is a firearm without ammunition? Might as well carry a hammer.

That being said, I haven't read anything past page 1, so perhaps I'm not up to speed on where this thread currently stands.

As a general rule - if someone says something that they perhaps shouldn't have, or is inappropriate in some way and needs to be edited, DON'T QUOTE THEIR POST. If you truly feel they should edit it, quoting them simply creates a copy that the original poster CAN NOT edit!
