Were I in the same position and felt strongly about it, I'd have filed a report with the police, letting them know that the gun counter was unattended. Maybe sent it to ATF. Not my job to fix Walmart.
I couldn’t tell from the video how the firearms were unattended. Unless firearms were out in the open with no means of securing them the ATF will not care until after something is done with them.
