I can only say that my experience with them in competition was lousy......under stress I am not able to change my sight picture (which is exactly what XS calls for you to do past a certain distance). Head shots past ten yards were extremely difficult for me to make. I bought a used Glock a few months back and could not get them off fast enough. It was a big lesson for me not to believe every amazing video on the internet. That said, I know that Flintknapper uses them and I trust what he has to say when it comes to training and what is useful.
They are definitely an expensive sight that anyone would do better borrowing for a test run before purchase. If you like them, the customer service they offer is absolutely amazing.
