Comp-tac sells FOX in several sizes........I have a keychain version and Kimberly has a larger 2 ounce. They sell pouches and all kinds of fun stuff to go with itseamusTX wrote:I just found the highest Scoville number (measure of "heat") that I could carry easily.grandpatim wrote:Can anyone give me some recommendations?
Cops carry Fox spray, which is effective, but I passed on it because it comes in larger cans intended to be worn in a belt holster.

LOL, it can't be too soon for her. She will now have even more to protect! Any time would be good for us.......anytime my friend.flintknapper wrote:She won't be carrying anything except that baby girl pretty soon.jbirds1210 wrote:I carry it often.......IMO it is a valuable tool and easy to carry in places where guns are not allowed.
My Wife carries it full time.
Two more days right?
We have run drills, sprayed an expired bottle to test distance and control of the stream in the wind, and done extensive research on the effects of OC pepper spray. I honestly believe that she feels comfortable with it and actually has it with her full time. She spends anytime in a parking lot or other obviously vulnerable area with it in her hand.
I realize that everyone does not believe in the power of OC spray.....I was once in that camp until I got sprayed with it in training class several years ago.
As much as I want her to carry a gun full time.....it just does not happen and I am proud to know that she feels comfortable with the Fox lab 2 oz. bottle.....it might save her life someday.
