I guess I have had mine nearly a year. I have not used it often. I kind of think that if you are carrying with elastic-waist pants of any kind (sweats, shorts, etc.) then this is the answer. I even use mine sometimes when carrying with jeans and I am just not wearing a belt. But with my body type and wardrobe (that is, I'm not super lean but not really fat, 5'11" 180lb), it creates a noticeable odd bulge that anybody could notice. I suspect more people notice when I am carrying with the SC than when I carry 4:00 IWB but they just don't ask me about it because of the location of the bulge. I also find the SC uncomfortable when sitting, pretty much unusable if I am going to be sitting for long periods. I should point out that I am carrying a Kahr CW9 in it, so the sharper edges compared to a revolver may be part of the issue.

If I could make it anything I wanted, I would get rid of the elastic altogether and go with a regular nylon/poly "belt". Actually I think if I had one of these that just had spring clips on the ends to clip to your pants waist band instead of its own belt/band then I would use it about 10x as often.

In the end I guess I am glad I bought it. I got it second-hand (although not really "used") for like 1/2 of the new price and for that price it is ok. But I carry daily in my FIST K3 which is far more comfortable, easier to get on and off, and more concealable.
