Which makes me wonder...at what point must you disengage from the situation? He was not in his truck. The perp was in his truck. He came out to discover her stealing it...she ran and the other perps in the getaway car tried to run him over. I would have done the same exact thing...dihappy wrote:So he was justified in pulling his weapon on the female while in his truck?
