Yes, sir... very good shooting! He evidently was well prepared for a robbery, had a plan and executed it to perfection.
I can only hope and pray that "if" I ever found myself in a life and death situation that I will know what I need to do and not to hesitate. Carry out my plan enthusiastically and forcefully... the one that acts first, usually wins.

Federal law prohibits a person convicted of a crime "punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year" from possessing a firearm. No exception is made for having a firearm at the home, no matter how long ago the conviction.
