Thanks! This is useful info. On the form, it says that:

"You must supply documentation, from your insurance company, which shows the amount paid for each firearm or accessory claimed. The amount of your deductible needs to be indicated."

So it would seem I need to put the firearms on my insurance policy or something? Does anybody have experience here and can comment?

Sorry to hear this. Especially in Austin, since I live here.
Does your homeowner/car insurance cover the gun loss?
