Of course, they also have the M1A, the world's best battle rifle (IMHO).
Some of my Springfield 1911's are stamped "Made in Ill." and some are stamped "Made in Brazil". I'll go look in a while and see if I can tell why. My initial thought is the "loaded/match" ones are stamped U.S.A..............guess that doesn't hold water, my wife's "loaded" SS Champion and my "loaded" SS Ultra Compact say "Made in Brazil" . Both of our Champion Operator's say "made in Geneseo, Ill., U.S.A."
Don't know. The XD's come from Croatia.
