I got the plastic TODAY!!!!! 24 day to get my PIN form DPS getting my appication. 70 total days until "Application complete...Issued or active...". 74 days total for plastic in hand. Used regular USPS, sent a cashiers check with the application, and had NO bumps along the way.

Got mine today to. 74 days. What would be the general opinion of a "Cynthia Woods Pavillion - Roger Waters" wally walk? Las I heard, you could carry there, but not sure now.

Well, I sent an email to the DPS as I was approaching my 60th day. I commended them on the job they were doing, being totally humble with respect, complementing them to the point of being mushy.
