I'm on the fence on this one. Here in TX some might consider that to be brandishing. Probably shoud have called the police to report the incident. At least that way there would be no doubt who the good guy was.

I do think the law should be more clear in regards to BAC and CC. If a .08 BAC is a good limit for a car then it seems like it would be a good limit for a gun. I would be in favor of a zero bac while carrying if they did away with the stupid 51% rule. If the person who is carrying has not been drink...

When I saw that story, I too wondered how one could miss with a shotgun in a hallway. If that pic was at 12' then I guess that explains it. It's just too bad he missed.

Not my favorite place, but I have never had a really bad experience either. Pretty expensive for non-members.

I've noticed this at a lot of ranges, and it bugs the hell out of mel. Seems so hypocritical!
