I believe this is just another instance of the anti-gun crowd throwing something out there to mislead people and we end up getting all riled up and start bickering amongst ourselves publicly again. They know we will turn on one another at a drop of a hat and they use that to their advantage.

Walmart's right to ask to see your CHL is protected by the first amendment, just as well as your right to refuse to show them your CHL is protected by the first amendment. Why can't you just be happy you can now open carry?

to OG and yourself, I don't open carry at all, however if they ask to see my license because they may think I have a weapon I have the right to tell them no, they can certainly tell me I can't go into the store, fine, I will leave but a private citizen demanding my papers is going to be dealt with the same as anyone violating my rights period
