The Fobus works okay. I've gone to a Don Hume J.I.T for my XD and my 1911 and Hi Power. They're OWB, comfortable and reasonably priced. If anyone has ever noticed, they've kept it to themselves.
Thank goodness, I've never had to draw on any scofflaws but I don't think my cape would be in the way.
