Just a hole in the wall place on Old Hwy 90 clost to Pitt's Rd. between the Exxon station and a place that sells BBQ smokers. They have maybe a dozen tables, so you can sit and sample, Mrs. Galvan will cut you off a small slice of each if you ask. Oh yeah, be sure to order your take home should you decide to get it by the pound, I just told them "a couple of links" and each link was about 4 foot long.
Oh well, I just cut it up and put some in the freezer.
