It's a bill I've written for the 2013 Texas Legislative Session. It's step one of a two step plan to achieve campus-carry, but it has far more impact outside of the campus arena.

It's pretty much a non-issue for me. Anyone hugging me knows that if they see me, I have a gun.

A few years ago, one of the forum Members had a great story about standing in line at a fast food location. His young son ran up and hugged him and hit his head on his gun. He backed off, rubbed his head, and loudly proclaimed "I hit my head on your gun!" (Or words close to that.) :smilelol5:
