Re: Concealable Body Armor

Most of them have a manufacture date of 2007. They are all similar to the pictures, but I don't see a model number/name on any of them. The sizes are marked 38R, 42R and 46R. My brother (in the photos) wears a size XL t-shirt and the large vest fits him very well. I wear a large T-shirt and the Med....

LH Milt Sparks Holster for Glock

I have a left handed Milt Sparks holster. I believe this is the "Summer Special II" model on their website. I believe this fits Glock 23 pistols. It has "G23" stamped on the back and it looks like a glock will fit it, I don't have a Glock so I don't know for sure. I believe other...

Re: Estate Sales?

I went to a yard sale a couple of months ago and got a Winchester 94, a Remington 710 w/scope, a mossberg .22 and a couple of cool knives all for $300. They advertised that they had some guns and it was a little ways out of town, so I went right when it started and got some really good deals.

Re: Senate to vote on SAME BAIL OUT BILL tomorrow night!!!

Congress has been responsible for this from day one. They put all of the pressure on the mortgage comapanies to make bad loans to underqualified people and now that those people are unable to keep up, congress doesn't want to take responsibility. It is all the president's fault. Perhaps one of these...

Re: FairTax

I like Neal Boortz and I like the concept of the fair tax that he promotes, but I agree with several of the other people here, that it will never be implemented because the politicians would be giving up control by allowing this type of tax process. The fair tax has its flaws...and we all know how p...

Re: Political Bumper Stickers could make you a target

The strangest thing I have seen so far in this election was a Kia SUV with an Obama/Biden sticker right next to the NRA sticker in the back window. How is that for an uninformed voter!

Re: Carry gun advice

For a carry gun on the cheap that works the way you're accustomed to check out the S&W 6906 or 3913. They can frequently be had for under $400 and you could turn that Kahr into an amp. More important question is Blackface or Tweed? I haven't shot a kahr, but I have heard good things about them....

Re: Bersa .380 Range Report

On Saturday I saw 2 young, and seemingly inexperienced, ladies at the range shooting one of these in the lane next to me. It was going well and then when the range officer told everyone to prepare for a cease fire they scrambled to get their new targets off of the bench and knocked the gun to the gr...
