Is a 454 Casull still 45 caliber? It rounds down to 45. :-)
If this were a Texas statute we'd have a dozen pages on it. (Of which I am sometimes want to contribute.)
Why not? Isn't 45 ACP actually .451"?

I knew about the .45 caliber limitation, but perhaps they have changed their law, or I am not remembering correctly (which is equally possible, LOL).
