People don't care, they don't notice, they don't want to know. Even if they did, we only need to conceal for the casual observer, not the trained observer (whatever that means). A bump under your shirt is not brandishing. The wind blowing your jacket open is not brandishing. Your jacket getting caught behind your pistol handle while in the car and then walking around is brandishing so be careful but as long as you are making a good faith effort to conceal, your are honky-dory.CodeJockey wrote:Yup! I think the thing that is going to be the hardest for me is realizing that nobody cares about what I'm doing or is looking at me. I'm self-conscious about it, but I don't think anyone notices at all. That will just take a bit of time to get used to. I did, however, have to go do some work late last night at a facility we have in a very rough area of Dallas, and it was nice to have the security blanket with me for a change.
The times you need to be good at concealing is when you are in a place that may not appreciate you being armed even if it's not posted or restricted. A friends house, church, non-secure area of an airport, things like that.
