Sorry for all the roadblocks you seem to be having throughout your process, they would get under my skin as well. After reading what they did for another applicant by using his DL photo that was on file in order to speed up his process, after they rejected the photo that was provided with the application. It seems to me, if they could do this in one instance, they should be able to do it in every one. Or maybe this is a change that they have recently adopted in an effort to speed up the process??
