The words sign="red" or sign="blue" are actually printed (in gray... ) on the TABC license certificate. Keith B cited the actual requirements for the Unlicensed Possession sign and they don't really specify the color scheme. On the 51% sign, the TABC rules seem to say that the "51%" must be in red.
