As a plan was being formed to corner the suspect and take him alive, the rookie walked in, alone, and wound up killing him. He was fired, but wasn't prosecuted. Now, two other LEO's from the same department are in the news from discharging their weapons. What's it going to take to fix this?

On the job by himself for just a month. Should be his last month as he obviously is a danger to the public.
